Job market के आंकड़ों के अनुसार, 2025 में भारत में लगभग 2.90 लाख AI-related job postings थीं। 2026 में यह संख्या बढ़कर करीब 3.82 लाख तक पहुंच सकती है। यानी एक साल में करीब 32 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि का अनुमान है। AI hiring में केवल सामान्य AI skills ही नहीं, बल्कि Generative AI, Large Language Models, MLOps और AI Engineering जैसे क्षेत्रों की मांग भी तेजी से बढ़ रही है।
Generative AI और LLM से जुड़ी roles में करीब 58 प्रतिशत की सालाना वृद्धि का अनुमान सामने आया है। MLOps और model deployment में करीब 42 प्रतिशत तथा AI Engineering में लगभग 35 प्रतिशत की growth बताई गई है।
इसका सीधा संकेत है कि आने वाले समय में केवल AI tools इस्तेमाल करने वाले candidates की तुलना में AI systems को develop, deploy और business applications में integrate करने वाले professionals की demand अधिक हो सकती है।
